European MPs denounced the clear lack of responsible authorities in the region, to open up former Yugoslavia\u2019s archives and have the casefiles returned to the governments that need them.<\/p>\n<p>This was announced during last night\u2019s report adopted by the European Parliament.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe archives need to be opened.
