Durres is reported to have the highest number of vehicles in relation to its population, followed by Tirana and Gjirokaster.<\/p>\n<p>According to the production year, however, only 9% of cars are new. The majority were manufactured before 2010.<\/p>\n<p>75% of vehicles use oil, 18% use gasoline whereas electric cars are too few in number.
