However, the very existence of the three-party system will be strictly dependent on the beginning or lack thereof, of EU negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believe that issues are only bound to begin after the government is formed and it is certain, that the biggest issue will be the one involving Bulgaria as well as the beginning of negotiations for EU membership because this will inherently influence the stability of the parliamentary majority.
