Things aren\u2019t even close to summertime but over the past several days we are seeing 2000 arrivals per day and around 1.000 departures,\u201d \u2013 said Festim Skendaj.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pandemic is influencing the rate at which we can travel, because it used to be a tradition for immigrants to come home for New Years. Before the pandemic we took in about 40 000 arrivals,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>This Thursday alone, the Port of Vlora expected 200 new arrivals.
