I am extremely cautious and we should never have to decide on behalf of Albanian people,\u201d \u2013 said Barsacq.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the ambassador said that foreign diplomats and ambassadors should serve their own country, and represent it while working in a foreign nation, and that they should act more like advisors, which is the true core of their mission.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe shouldn\u2019t forget that even though a diplomat can speak the language of a country very well and know its history or get very informed, he will always be on the surface of that country\u2019s reality, even though we diligently try to get a deeper and more profound understanding, we will never have all the keys that would allow us to have a full grasp of things.
