Orthodox Christians celebrated on Thursday the Day of the Holy Water. As per tradition, the priest throws a cross in the water and youngsters jump in icy cold temperatures to catch it believing that it brings good health and prosperity.<\/p>\n

Dozens of youngsters jumped into the Adriatic Sea, but it was 19-year old Kristi Komini who caught the cross for the second year in a row. Tucking away his emotions, Komini invites everyone to give it a try, referring to faith as a \u201csource of inspiration\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a pleasure as always. It was a beautiful experience and as a person who believes in God, I am proud of myself\u201d, said Kristi.<\/p>\n
