Speed, dangerous maneuvers, and races continue to bring the most severe consequences in Albania\u2019s roads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve recently seen many road accidents involving human casualties, not just material damages and the main cause is overspeeding, but also driver negligence. The 18-25 age group are the most reckless drivers, perhaps because of their age, or lack of knowledge of the Road Code\u201d, said the chief of the traffic unit, Gerhard Baka.<\/p>\n<p>Another violation that has been on the rise is tinted windows beyond the allowed norms.
