However, little has changed as companies continue to work around the clock, showing complete disregard for this regulation.<\/p>\n<p>According to the new regulation, concrete mixers and heavy tankers are banned from operating anywhere in the area encompassed by the Small and Medium Rings, starting from 07:00-20:00.
