Her statement came after a government meeting on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Manastirliu echoed a previous <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DrTedros\/status\/1488582480076623873\">statement<\/a> made on Monday by WHO&#8217;s general director Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus that \u201cit is too early for countries to declare victory&#8221; over the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is too early to proclaim victory and lift all non-medical measures.
