It\u2019s the first time that it ever takes place during a public hearing at the Constitutional Court by none other than the Albanian Parliament against the President of the country,\u201d \u2013 said Meta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe very foundations of our Republic have been shattered. These are the efforts to instill a coupe against the head of state.
