{"id":31798,"date":"2022-02-18T17:39:41","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T16:39:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=31798"},"modified":"2022-02-18T17:39:41","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T16:39:41","slug":"people-from-the-government-violated-the-law-claims-tabaku-over-incinerator-affair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/people-from-the-government-violated-the-law-claims-tabaku-over-incinerator-affair\/","title":{"rendered":"People from the government violated the law, claims Tabaku over incinerator affair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Socialist parliamentarian Eduart Shalsi compared the role of the inquiry commission, a parliamentary body tasked to investigate the incinerator affair, to that of a prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>He accused commission chair Jorida Tabaku of being &#8216;biased&#8217; and of undermining the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Tabaku took a hit back at Shalsi, claiming that he is \u201cthe last person on earth who can raise such accusations\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Democrat MP also maintained that those who violated the law are part of the government today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI asked my Socialist colleagues, and Mr. Shalsi, to stop acting as political shields to those who violate the law. Today, those who stepped on the law are being summoned by SPAK.
