To say that you\u2019ve never lost an election means offending other peoples\u2019 intelligence\u201d, Bejko said.<\/p>\n<p>In regards to the outcome of the elections, he said he expected the Democratic Party to rank at least as the second force.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI thought that the silent electorate was going to endorse Basha, after he separated from Berisha.
