Many people have lost their lives, houses have been burned down. \u00a0It is impossible to live\u201d, said Olga.<\/p>\n<p>Upon entering Serbia, Ukrainian refugees are handed out information from the Commissariat for Refugees, which will remain open 24\/7 for a month.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We inform people coming from Ukraine that they enjoy a temporary protection status in Serbia.
