Former PM Sali Berisha asked for the resignation of the current head of DP\u2019s parliamentary group Enkelejd Alibeaj.<\/p>\n

Sources near Euronews Albania reported that Berisha opposed Alibeaj\u2019s decision to appeal the legitimacy of the July 17th<\/sup> Assembly.<\/p>\n

According to Berisha, the changes adopted by this Assembly were accepted by all Democrats.<\/p>\n

During the meeting of the Parliamentary Group, Berisha is cited to have mentioned the former DP chair Lulzim Basha, saying that he has possession of \u201cmany bitter truths\u201d.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Alibeaj said that he isn\u2019t anyone\u2019s vassal, thus reconfirming his stance against Berisha.<\/p>\n

In addition, Alibeaj reminded the historic Democratic leader of the fact that he has been publicly designated by the United States and that since September 9, he is no longer a part of the Democratic Party.<\/p>\n
