This is what PM Edi Rama said this morning during a meeting of SP\u2019s Parliamentary Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIlir Meta has made Albania ridiculous with his presidential decree and this will have to change. it is very important for our country. We will have a serious state and this can only be achieved by having a serious figure for a president,\u201d \u2013 said Rama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would invite all of you to continue being active in this process, even beyond what we started today with our proposals, in order to come to healthy conclusions,\u201d \u2013 he added.<\/p>\n<p>PM Rama also underlined that the new president shouldn\u2019t be a \u201cpolitically stained\u201d personality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t want a figure that has been completely drenched and stained by politics.
