{"id":34864,"date":"2022-04-22T16:09:53","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T14:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=34864"},"modified":"2022-04-22T16:09:53","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T14:09:53","slug":"kaso-appeals-court-should-not-have-accepted-alibeajs-appeal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/kaso-appeals-court-should-not-have-accepted-alibeajs-appeal\/","title":{"rendered":"Kaso: Appeals Court should not have accepted Alibeaj\u2019s appeal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The legal representative of DP\u2019s Re-foundation Commission, Ivi Kaso, declared that the Court of Appeals should not have accepted the appeal presented by the head of DP\u2019s parliamentary group, Enkelejd Alibeaj.<\/p>\n<p>During a conference from DP\u2019s headquarters, Kaso said that the party, which participated in the process, i.e. the Re-foundation Commission, is the only one who could make such an appeal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn today\u2019s decision at the Consultation Chamber, the Court should have simply verified whether or not this appeal was signed by the same party which also participated in the process, i.e. the Re-foundation Commission.
