His decision is absolutely invalid. It isn\u2019t a juridical subject. The judicial subject that has been recognized by the courts for the past 30 years is called the Democratic Party,\u201d \u2013 said Ngjela.<\/p>\n<p>According to the attorney, the appeal made by the head of DP\u2019s parliamentary group Enkelejd Alibeaj is legitimate because the DP is a juridical subject recognized by the court.<\/p>\n<p>On March 25, Judge Agron Zhukri recognized the Statute that was adopted by an Assembly called by former PM Sali Berisha on December 11, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Judge Blerina Muca returned the case for retrial earlier today and it will now be reassessed by the Court of Appeals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to attorney Spartak Ngjela, Judge Agron Zhukri, who recognized that statute adopted by DP\u2019s December 11 Assembly, should go to prison on criminal charges.
