I hear from entrepreneurs that in Albania wages aren\u2019t going up. Wages can\u2019t be brought up by the government but by the economy. Wages go up relative to how much the economy is able to produce.<\/p>\n<p>Eduart Sharka: Reforms are undertaken by the government, however.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kosta Bajraba<\/strong>: Raise your employee\u2019s wages and the economy will also grow.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bajraba, our country has a significant lack of specialists and doctors, and we need to encourage a higher number of graduate doctors.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Sharka said that many employees are coming from Bangladesh due to the migration of Albanian citizens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Massive immigration of Albanian citizens could lead to gaps in our workforce, in each sector by 2030, according to a recent study.
