In addition, Zhupa displayed a document, that shows that the foundation, which is sponsored by AADF (Albanian-American Development Foundation) was involved in drafting a plan for the management of Butrint, without consulting any Albanian experts beforehand.<\/p>\n
Zhupa continued by saying that it is a pity that Butrint\u2019s management plan hasn\u2019t consulted any Albanian researchers or archeologists.<\/p>\n
She argued that the concession is also based on this plan, while commenting on minister Maragariti\u2019s stance on the matter.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese board members aren\u2019t there as a result of their function, but rather they are only members due to a normative procedure,\u201d \u2013 said the Democrat.<\/p>\n
Lastly, Zhupa raised a question on what would happen with the minister\u2019s role in this panel, when her term as minister ends.<\/p>\n
