We should also be able to offer them 3 times a week. The days when people had to take their car or have to go through transit are long gone,\u201d \u2013 said Constantin von Alvensleben, executive chief at TIA.<\/p>\n<p>In the 90s, Bulgaria was one of Albania\u2019s main strategic partners.
