{"id":35784,"date":"2022-05-05T21:26:28","date_gmt":"2022-05-05T19:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=35784"},"modified":"2022-05-05T21:26:28","modified_gmt":"2022-05-05T19:26:28","slug":"what-do-albanians-think-of-lulzim-bashas-party-leadership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/what-do-albanians-think-of-lulzim-bashas-party-leadership\/","title":{"rendered":"What do Albanians think of Lulzim Basha\u2019s party leadership?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>4 in 5 citizens (80.5%) in Albania see Lulzim Basha\u2019s resignation from the leadership of the Democratic Party as positive.<\/p>\n<p>Only 8% of Albanians see this political move as negative.<\/p>\n<p>Amongst Albanians who voted for the Democratic Party in the last parliamentary elections, this percentage is higher.<\/p>\n<p>1 in 10 DP voters (10%) see Basha\u2019s resignation as negative.<\/p>\n<p>Amongst respondents in general (82%) \u2013 but also amongst DP voters (82.6%) \u2013 there is a general feeling that Basha shouldn\u2019t run again in the elections for the new party leader.<\/p>\n<p>3 in 4 respondents (73%) gave Basha\u2019s leadership of the Democratic Party a negative rating.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 80% of DP voters in the last general elections, gave Basha\u2019s leadership a negative rating also.<\/p>\n<p>Findings were retrieved from Euronews Albania\u2019s Barometer by MRB and Data Centrum, through in-person conversations conducted at a national level from April 25 \u2013 March 5.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4 in 5 citizens (80.5%) in Albania see Lulzim Basha\u2019s resignation from the leadership of the Democratic Party as positive.
