They undermine the basic principles on how the Albanian state functions, the independence of powers, and even more so that of the judiciary\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Muci, these are the acts that trigger a rift in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, journalist Ferdinand Dervishi believes that SPAK feels under attack, adding that he considers Rama\u2019s remarks at the National Assembly on Saturday a \u201chuge blow\u201d since it all happened in front of the supporters of the Socialist Party.<\/p>\n<p>He said SPAK has been currently \u201csurrounded\u201d, as it receiving attacks not only from the Socialists but from the opposition, too.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSPAK is an American investment; it was endorsed by the US.
