After, he reiterated his stance that he was innocent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYour honour, as I emphasized one more time, your additional amendments are revised, I need to read them again as I haven\u2019t understood them. I declare that I am innocent,\u201d \u2013 said Thaci.<\/p>\n<p>Today, e separate session will be held for the other former leaders of the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army), Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.<\/p>\n<p>Since November 2020, they have been in prison in The Hague and all of them have pleaded innocent to the accusations raised against them.<\/p>\n<p>In the official documents presented at The Hague Special Chambers, it says that the reason for their accusation was taking away the freedom of at least 12 people during the period from July 4, 1998 \u2013 April 29, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>They are also being accused of committing crime wars from March 1998 \u2013 to September 1999.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, appeared before court this Tuesday, during the subsequent session of the Special Court of The Hague.
