The carnivals are a traditional festivity for residents of Korca which is celebrated each year.&#8221;\u00a0 &#8211; said one of the children that were present.<\/p>\n<p>This year, there were even participants that came in from Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is the first time for me. It&#8217;s beautiful here. We&#8217;re from Serbia and we represent hope. I invite everyone to come to Korca for vacation because it is amazing here,&#8221; &#8211; said a young woman from Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrations began this Saturday morning with performances along each of the city&#8217;s streets and boulevards which culminated with the grand parade at Korca&#8217;s Old Bazaar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Korca has lightened up this weekend from all the multicolored masks and dresses accompanying the city&#8217;s annual carnival.
