73% of Albanians always vote for the same party. Less than 1 in 4 Albanians choose a different party when they vote in the local or general elections.<\/p>\n

3 in 5 Albanians (60%) believe that the Socialist Party is voted by citizens with the lowest income range.<\/p>\n

Euronews Albania\u2019s Barometer asked Albanian citizens about the ideological stances of the main parties in the country as well as the way they themselves have voted.<\/p>\n

Results show that more than half of Albanian citizens (52.5%) believe that despite the issues that the Socialist or Democratic administration can have, their usual supporters will still give them their vote.<\/p>\n

Differences between the Albanian left and right are seen as \u201csimply part of the history rooted in Albania\u2019s communist past\u201d by 45% of Albanians.<\/p>\n

Findings from Euronews Albania\u2019s Barometer poll conducted by MRB and Data Centrum on a national level were reached through 1000 in-person conversations conducted from April 25 \u2013 May 7.<\/p>\n
