\u201cKosovo and Serbia must find a political agreement. Lajcak supports the dialogue, a constructive approach that benefits citizens and the EU perspective of Kosovo. It\u2019s unthinkable that two countries who don\u2019t recognize each other become members of the European Union\u201d, Scholz said.<\/p>\n
The German Chancellor also declared that visa liberalization must follow upon completion of all the conditions.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re committed for visa liberalization as soon as possible after the conditions are fulfilled. We\u2019ll discuss that with all our allies and friends in Europe in order to convince them, as we already are\u201d, said the German Chancellor.<\/p>\n
Scholz said Germany “will do everything” for the Western Balkan countries to join the European Union.<\/p>\n
