What matters to us is that President Djukanovic is willing to go over this matter\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think the government of Montenegro will reflect on it, it\u2019s a new government there. Kosovo knows there\u2019s been a lot of hesitation for a revision of the 2015-2016 period, a time when the Montenegrin side was willing.
