This Friday, an online meeting took place between Open Balkan leaders.<\/p>\n

The head of the Macedonian government, Dimitar Kovacevski, Serbian president Alexandar Vucic and PM Edi Rama agreed to create a number of diverse inter-sectorial work groups that will be tasked with dealing with the current crisis while also creating a common regional agency that will attract foreign investments to Open Balkan countries.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the meeting, Kovacevski thanked Vucic and Rama for the open support while confirming that the French proposal for the resolution of the Bulgarian veto has been forwarded to Parliament.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Rama and Vucic both reiterated their stance in support of Kovacesvki while highlighting that the European future of the region is the only positive prospect for citizens of North Macedonia, Albania and Serbia.<\/p>\n

The three leaders also spoke about the importance of continuing on such initiatives like the free movement of people, goods, services and capital.<\/p>\n

They concluded that preparation work for the grand wine, food and tourism fair in Serbia is going well. Wineries from all three Balkan countries will have the chance to present their products to guests from the region and other European countries.<\/p>\n
