The judge showed up in court this morning to be informed of her security measure.<\/p>\n
She is being accused by SPAK of corruption after allegedly negotiating with family members of an arrested suspect to have his sentence shortened.<\/p>\n
The lawyer who negotiated with the Elbasan judge, Ilir Pashaj, was also present in court today and was ordered to be arrested in prison.<\/p>\n
According to investigations that started in 2021, the judge initially asked for 2 million ALL, and later brought it up to 4 million.<\/p>\n
Xhulio Hyska was the person who paid this sum of money to the judge through family members. He is on trial for injuring someone.<\/p>\n
