Vlora remains one of the most frequented cities during the weekend in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic remains a problem even on Sunday evenings when hundreds of vehicles return from coastal beach towns to their own cities up north.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This first weekend of August has brought back the heavy traffic on the streets of Vlora.
