If you want political change in 2025, Tirana must change. However, I don\u2019t think that Tirana will change in the 2023 elections, and someone could ask why. It&#8217;s been 22 years since the Democrats won the municipality of Tirana.<\/p>\n<p>There is another reason too. The administrative division favors the left because, with the administrative division, the villages surrounding Tirana which voted for the left have now joined the Municipality of Tirana.
