Journalist Blendi Fevziu said that Albania hasn\u2019t particularly had any relations with Iran, but the situation changed after the arrival of the Mujahideen in our country.<\/p>\n

In an interview for “Euronews Albania”, Fevziu said that despite the decision of the Albanian government to leave the diplomatic staff, the Mujahideen should not leave.<\/p>\n

“Albania’s relations with Iran have been zero. We have not had any kind of report. The Mujahideen came mainly to Albania, where there is constant political activity against Iran. This is where the conflict between Albania and Iran started. Iran has not dared to undertake assassinations or terrorist acts against NATO member countries.<\/p>\n

We cannot drive away the Mujahideen because we have decided to accept them and take them into Albania. It is a decision of solidarity and in a relationship of partnership with the United States of America. When you are in NATO, you have certain obligations, of course, their activity must be controlled”, he emphasized.<\/p>\n

Prime Minister Edi Rama demanded a day ago that the diplomatic staff of the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran leave Albania within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

In a speech published on social media, Rama declared that the decision of the Council of Ministers comes after it was discovered that the Islamic Republic of Iran was behind the July 15 cyber-attack.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
