The judge orders any records and materials in his possession documenting any personal communications, including, but not limited to, text messages, electronic emails, voice messages, letters, and notes, between Charles McGonigal regarding the following matters, including Prime Minister Edi Rama.<\/p>\n<p>In McGonigal&#8217;s official email there is a private email sent from Edi Rama. Edi Rama asked his friend McGonigal to find him a company for an anti-corruption problem. But the FBI categorically forbids this.
