The figure is increasing by 13.5 percent even compared to the first quarter of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Italians were the main investors with \u20ac45 million euros, followed by the Dutch with \u20ac38 million and Germans with \u20ac26 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Foreign investments last year exceeded \u20ac1 billion euros, while from data so far from this year, the figure may go up to \u20ac1.2 billion euros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foreigners invested over \u20ac80 million euros in the constructiosector n in Albania in the second quarter of the year.
