Considering that in all cases the price of energy that goes to households and small businesses is subsidized, we are very clear about what we have to do to subsidize it. At the moment when consumption goes beyond a certain level and the need for subsidy increases, then it will be necessary to return to the price band.<\/p>\n<p>It is not our invention either; Kosovo has had the 800 KW band for a long time now.
