It was a sort of reconfirmation of Russian funding, but it didn\u2019t make anything public. The third issue was with the opposition&#8217;s point of view, and once again there was nothing new because the deadlock between the US and Berisha that is a result of the &#8216;non grata&#8217; designation is known by now. That\u2019s why the opposition appears to be disadvantaged in relation to the government. Such an imbalance is a big problem for the country.
