It was a poorly written speech&#8221; &#8211; argued Harxhi.<\/p>\n<p>She further highlighted that she does not know who Rama&#8217;s speech was addressed to yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know who this speech was addressed to, who made this resolution and what happened in Kosovo after this resolution by Dick Marty. In order to approve the resolution of the Council of Europe, the confirmation of the government of Kosovo was obtained and at that time Thaci was prime minister. In all that has been achieved at that time, their confirmation has been obtained to take this step.
