You have to ask for your right, but before you ask for them in a public audience, you have to ask for them in the process of bilateral talks. Mr. Rama does the opposite. In bilateral talks, he is an unprecedented servant, with Scholz, and Macron, when he is alone with them, he has a different attitude and approach.<\/p>\n<p>There are extraordinary promises and perhaps this is the reason that the European leaders are not harshly opposing Mr. Rama for his public positions.
