The Bank of Albania building and &#8220;Skanderbeg&#8221; square itself look inferior next to it.<\/p>\n<p>The construction permit for this tower is 26 floors, but the permit has been violated with at least two floors, as much as the space confiscated by the state within the action against constructions and additions without permission.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, within the Great Ring of Tirana, Euronews Albania has identified over 300 construction sites.
