However, we still have hope and based on all the data currently at hand, during the month of November there will definitely be a better situation with the water level,&#8221; said Balluku.<\/p>\n<p>However, the deputy prime minister indicated that there was a 5% decrease in consumption in the country compared to a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, this is not a random decrease and it is about citizen awareness.
