Deputy minister of agriculture, Arian Jaupllari, said on Euronews Albania’s “Now with Erla Mehilli” that the situation of floods is improving and we are not in the conditions of declaring a national state of disaster.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“There is no reason to declare a state of natural disaster. To declare a state of natural disaster under these conditions, I do not understand, I am speechless because there is no need and no place for it. We have been on the ground all the time since the first day,” said Jaupllari.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in yesterday’s show, the director of Civil Emergencies, Haki Cako, criticized the work that some municipalities have done in the difficult situation created by the heavy rains during the past 2 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cako said that all the structures were and are at the top of their duties, while he emphasized that the primary thing is to save people’s lives.<\/span><\/p>\n
