Montenegro is in a very big political and institutional crisis. Regardless of the situation, we in Montenegro celebrate Flag Day. This is the most unifying holiday of Albanians, the day when Skangerbeg <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">and Ismail Qemali built the 500-year-old bridge that brought Albanians out of the darkness.
