The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, agreed with Edi Rama that the December 6 summit is an extraordinary historic event. <\/span><\/p>\n

According to the chief democrat, there are several reasons why this summit is this important. <\/span><\/p>\n

Firstly, because Europe makes it clear to Vladimir Putin that this territory is its own and that his ambitions in the Balkans are totally unacceptable.<\/span><\/p>\n

“It makes it clear to Edi Rama that his fluctuations between Serbian-Russian hegemony with the Open Balkans and the new neo-Ottomanism come to an end. This is a European land destined for membership in the European Union, so it cannot be denied that the message of this summit is extraordinary, so we welcome it,” Berisha said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He also added that this summit is blessed because it gives the opposition people the opportunity to show European and Western Balkan leaders what a disaster, according to him, Edi Rama’s regime represents.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
