This is a very long debate and we have clarified that we do not affect excise duties and taxes in any way. I am open in the case of Mr. Zusi when he talks about the VAT tax on the construction of panels by car manufacturers because they are subsidized and facilitated, but in terms of excise and taxes we have had a position as the Albanian government, since the beginning of the crisis and from the Ministry of Finances, which is not a matter for discussion. We have never considered affecting the excise or tax structure.
