Gazment Bardhi has appealed the decision issued by judge Agron Zhukri, who recognized Berisha&#8217;s charter. If Bardhi and Alibeaj fail to win, the situation is reversed and Berisha wins the right of representation in court&#8221;, explained Hoxha. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">There is another case, the one filed by Edith Harxhi for the de-registration of Lulzim Basha from the register of parties as the head of the Democratic Party, which, if won by Berisha&#8217;s Democratic Party, could lead to a legal collapse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">If this happens, we will be in for a legal collapse.
