The Vjosa River is close to critical levels. There is an increase in floods in the areas of Shkodra&#8221;, said Peleshi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The Minister of Defense mentioned some of the problematic areas that are also at risk of flooding, or that are already underwater. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">&#8220;At the Ura e Varur, this river&#8217;s level is in normal quotas. Drin River in Shkoder is also exhibiting a normal quota. The level of Shkodra lake is half a meter from the critical quota. Buna river has overtopped its banks.
