On the issue of dialogue with Kosovo and also in relation to the Russian Federation. Beyond this year, it cannot go any further and cannot take any steps toward membership in the European Union. Serbia, in the 6th month of this year, must make its own differentiations in foreign policy, does it really want to behave like a European and it must also decide in relation to the Russian Federation.
