As such, an independent prosecutor also has the right, since yesterday when the audio recording came out, to mainly start an investigation and say that in the totality of the elements that happened in the incident of January 21,\u00a0 this specific chain of events remained uninvestigated. It is not necessary to make this entire exposition. There is no need to present to the public a justice that holds a file hostage.
