But on Valentine&#8217;s Day, everyone rushes to say &#8220;I love you&#8221;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">&#8220;It&#8217;s my first time buying them. We have been married for 37 years, I will take them to the store where she works. We remember being young, that&#8217;s all,&#8221; said a citizen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">In the streets of Tirana, today you can find many young men and women with flowers in their hands. But the eyes of the elderly shone the most. On February 14th comes the advice from those who have triumphed with their love stories.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Translation\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">&#8220;My advice?
