{"id":48465,"date":"2023-02-17T21:08:23","date_gmt":"2023-02-17T20:08:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/?p=48465"},"modified":"2023-02-17T21:08:23","modified_gmt":"2023-02-17T20:08:23","slug":"how-are-things-going-in-the-capital-compared-to-5-years-ago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euronews.al\/en\/how-are-things-going-in-the-capital-compared-to-5-years-ago\/","title":{"rendered":"How are things going in the capital compared to 5 years ago?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">According to findings of the Barometer&#8217;s latest survey on the question of how things are going in general in the Municipality of Tirana, the result has shown that: 7.1% of the citizens of the capital think that things are going much better. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">46.9% think that things are getting better. 28.5% think that things are going the same way. 13.8% think things are getting worse, while 2.1% of the capital&#8217;s residents think things are getting much worse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">As for how things are going in Albania, the findings of the Barometer show that; 32.2% think that things are going well, while 39% of the capital&#8217;s residents think that things are going badly. While 28% of them think that things are going neither well nor badly. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Most of those who think things are going well belong to the 25-34 age group with 37.1%, while those who think things are going very badly are 45-54 year-olds with 46.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">However, when they compare how things are going in Albania compared to Tirana, 54% of the capital&#8217;s residents think they are doing better. 28.5% of them think that things are going badly, while 15.9% of the capital&#8217;s residents think that things are going much worse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Citizens were asked how things are going in Tirana compared to 5 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\"> The findings of the Barometer show that 18.5% of the capital&#8217;s residents think that things are getting better, while 48.8% of them think that things are getting worse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The citizens of the capital were also asked how satisfied they are with living in the neighborhood where they live.
